Wesley Mortimer Wales Wes Anderson (born 1 may 1969, Houston, Texas) is a film director, screenwriter, actor and producer of films, short films and commercials American his films belong to different genres (drama / comedy, comedy, crime, etc.).

Biography

The filmmaker was born and raised in the city of Houston, in the State of Texas, where the young Anderson already dreamed of celluloid, worldwide recording in super-8 and even making their pininos theaters in the small school.

Director, he studied philosophy at the University of Texas, where he met Owen Wilson, who with Anderson wrote his first feature film entitled Bottle Rocket. Anderson generally having the same actors that have worked before in his films:
