Cristián Jiménez (b. 1975) (Valdivia, Chile) is a film director and screenwriter Chilean.

Career

He studied sociology at the Catholic University, the University of Heidelberg and the london school of economics before focus on film.

He has made short films give you, The giant, shoot Me, Hong Kong, The treasure of snails and 20th. In 2008 he co-wrote and produced 199 recipes to be happy.

As Narrator has been honored by the Municipality of Santiago. As part of the feature film Los Debutantes writing staff and worked as a television producer at London in “ECM productions” between 2000 and 2003.

His first feature film was shot entirely in the city of Valdivia and Antillanca optical illusions.
