Herbert Selpin (29 May 1902 (1904), August 1, 1942) was a German writer and film director.
Biography
Herbert Selpin born 29 May 1902 (or 1904) in Berlin. After his studies of medicine in the same city, Selpin worked as a dancer, Boxer, librarian, seller of art, among other things. Selpin was subsequently employed by the Fox Film Corporation, where he held several positions, including, in 1927, European subsidiary of Assistant director, in the case of Walter Ruttmann.
