Jeffrey Lieber is television and cinema American screenwriter. He was born in Evanston, Illinois, and you have been credited as a co-creator of the television series Lost.

Lieber also been credited in the films Tuck Everlasting and Tangled, also as executive producer and writer for a pilot television of the year 2004 called Hitched to the Fox.

ABC hired Lieber to write the pilot lost. When the project stalled, the chain approached Damon Lindelof and J. j. Abrams for rewriting. Although Lieber had no more participation on Lost, a magazine recognized him as the co-creator of the series.
