Juan Sebastián Bollaín (* Madrid, 1945) is an architect and urban planner Spanish. Director, screenwriter and producer of film and television.

Author, designer and editor of books and publications, mainly related to architecture and urbanism. It has also been Professor of composition and urban planning in the school of architecture of Seville and Professor of interpretation in the Theatre Institute in Seville (CAT).
