Luis Lucia Mingarro (Valencia, May 24, 1914 – Madrid, 15 March 1984) was a lawyer, head of production, Spanish, film director and screenwriter son of Luis Lucia Lucia politician.

His father was known to the owner of the production company CIFESA film Casanova, family, and was through it as Luis Lucia Mingarro entered CIFESA as lawyer of the company. Shortly after decided change his costume of lawyer by the head of production and screenwriter to finally move to address some of the most popular films of the time. He discovered film actresses such famous as Marisol, Rocío dúrcal or Ana Belén. He also worked with many of the best actors and actresses of the era.

Luis Lucia was also a good artist and many of his cartoons appeared in the Valencian press.
