Pedro Carvajal y Urquijo (Madrid 1944), is a writer, producer, film director and documentarist Spanish.

Biography

Degree in philosophy from the Complutense University and in the official school of cinematography of Madrid.

Forms theatrically with the American William layton, the introducer of the Spain, Stanislavsky method at the time that creates and directs with the independent Experimental Theatre (TEI) small theater of Magallanes, Madrid, where at the end of the 1960s and early 1970s became known many contemporary authors banned by the dictatorship. He also manages the plays Teresa of Ávila Rodríguez Méndez and Valentín Gil Albert.

He began his film activity in 1971 as a producer and screenwriter with the adaptation of an account of Valle inclán flower of sanctity, directed by Adolfo marsillach.
